How do I work with Upstart?

Upstart does not provide investment advice. Nor do we recommend companies to anyone except to Habitual Investors (as described in the Securities Act 1978 and subsequent amendments).

• If you are interested in investing in particular technologies or sectors, contact Upstart to register that interest. We will inform you of any clients which fit your criteria.
• If you are interested in getting an early look at potential investees, volunteer to provide focused mentoring for 2-3 months to particular Upstart clients. During that time you can decide whether you wish to invest.

Please note that we are only interested in engaging with investors who are seeking high-growth opportunities, and mentors who have specific skills which add value to particular Upstart clients.
