Lifetime Health Diary has been awarded 2nd place at the Telecommunications Industry Group LaunchPad award announced on 30 March, 2010. The success highlights Lifetime Health Diary as one of New Zealand's most innovative startups.
Six New Zealand start-up companies including Lifetime Health Diary from Upstart will fight it out for the chance to win $70,000 worth of business support at a competition being held at the Planet 2010 conference in Auckland on Saturday.
The inaugural Upstart Den was held in Dunedin on Thursday evening, 4th March at Upstart with 11 inventions and business concepts showcased in front of 16 "entrepreneurs" who have been looking for business opportunities they can drive. As a result of the evening Upstart has received 23 requests to facilitate and support follow up discussions, negotiations and due diligence which could lead to the creation of new businesses.
